Shipping Policy

i) 9 Star Jewelry ships to any part of the world.

 

ii) Express Packet (with Online Tracking) - Delivery time - 2-5 weeks

Since March 2018 we have upgraded our shipping method to Express Packet with tracking for no extra cost for these 50 countries around the world: -

*Please note that certain country might have a longer shipping time due to their customs regulations. Countries like Germany might take up to 4-5 weeks for customs to clear their parcel on certain occasions.

 

iii) Registered Airmail - Delivery time: 2- 6 weeks

For the countries not included in (ii), we will use the registered post method. Please note that some countries might provide online tracking capabilities and some countries might not. For security sake, the buyer has to sign for the parcel during delivery.

 

iv) All Goods are shipped out from Malaysia, 1-5 business days after payment arrives. (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia)

v) We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

vi) If you have given a P.O. Box Address as a shipping address, we are not liable if you do not receive the parcel.

vii) If the item is not claimed at home or the post office, it would be returned in 3 months.

viii) So please be sure when you place an order, that you would be at the shipping address to receive it. If you do not receive your parcel, please do inform us.

ix) Returned parcel will be sent back to you for the cost of the listing's shipping price.

x) If the customer is unwilling to pay for the second shipping cost, there will be no refund given.

xi) If the parcel doesn't reach the destination in 60 days, we will give a full refund, unless it is the reason mentioned in (vi or vii)

xii) IMPORTANT! You can COMBINE shipping cost with a SINGLE purchase, but due to certain restrictions, we CANNOT combine shipping cost from TWO separate purchases, even if it is sent to the same address by the same buyer and even if we ship the item together in the same parcel. So please purchase the items you need in a single order.

xiii) IMPORTANT! If we are provided with the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, please do INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. In any case, if the parcel has already been sent out, you will have to follow our instructions to try and recover the parcel that is sent to the wrong address. If you are unable to follow these instructions and if for some reason, the parcel is returned, the buyer has to pay for return shipping. If the buyer is unwilling to pay for the return shipping, we will only partially refund the order, original cost minus fees, shipping price and 10% restocking fees. The return of some parcel might take up to 4 months, in this case, the seller (9 Star Jewelry) will not be liable for the time it takes for us to get the parcel. We will only return the parcel once the original parcel has reached us. For some rare unfortunate cases where the parcel is lost or damaged, we will not be held liable for the lost or damage while it is being returned to us, as it might be lost or damaged by the reason of the wrong address.
